Tie-dye soggy T-shirts (and stuff) with us at Communication on July 16 – Tone Madison

And for those less fond of tie-dye, the Cursed Soggy shirt is back in festive summer colors.

In 2021, our poorly designed Cursed Soggy Shirt became an unexpected summer fashion sensation, sparked many “I’m not going out with you in public if you’re wearing this thing” conversations, and raised around $1,300 to support independent media. . This year, we’re returning to those sartorial wicked streets with excitement, and there are two ways to join us:

Saturday July 16, we’re partnering with Communication and artist Emily Popp to host a tie-dye workshop, as part of Communication’s fourth anniversary celebrations. Participants will have to register in advance via the Communication website. There are a few registration options: You can reserve a white Soggy shirt, reserve a white Communication t-shirt designed by Darahnea Moua, or register to bring an item of your choice for the tie-dye. (Please register ahead of time – this will help ensure we have enough shirts on hand for everyone.)

We are also relisting the Cursed Soggy Shirtthis time in new festive colors for summer, plus classic white for those who still prefer it.

Thank you for your support, and let’s make it another hot and soggy summer!
